Fees and costs
We agree the scope of work and our fees in writing before starting.
Our fees#
The fee depends on the work required, the documents and the stage of the dispute. We may propose a fixed fee for defined work or an hourly arrangement. Any charge for an initial review is agreed beforehand.
Other costs#
Court fees, translations, notaries and other expenses are separate from our fees. We explain expected costs and any court security deposit before you commit to them.
Changes during the matter#
If further work becomes necessary, we discuss the scope and additional cost with you first. We do not pay or receive referral fees.
