First contact#
Tell us who is involved, what has happened and whether a deadline is approaching. We check for conflicts before asking for confidential documents.
Advice and agreement#
We review the documents, discuss the options and agree the scope of work and fees in writing. We also explain any power of attorney or other documents needed to act in Türkiye.
Representation and updates#
We handle the agreed work and keep you informed in English. Important decisions, including settlement proposals and further costs, are discussed with you. We can coordinate with your existing counsel.
