Working together#
U.S. counsel coordinates the wider matter; we advise on Turkish law and conduct the local proceedings. The scope of work, fees and reporting arrangements are agreed at the outset.
Our work includes enforcement, asset protection, creditor claims in insolvency and enforcement of foreign judgments or awards. Reports are provided in English. We do not pay or receive referral fees.
